Yes, all of our products are backed by a full Manufacturer's Warranty. This is in addition to any of the rights you possess under Australian Consumer Law.
If a problem is to arise with the product, Aircons Online will help guide you through the warranty claim. The first step is for the customer to contact the manufacturer. Please ensure when placing a warranty claim you will need to provide proof of purchase. (tax invoice)

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box as we require Photo ID upon delivery.
